When shopping in person, the retailer may ask you to prove that you own the Blue Light Card that you are using. The service also does not allow sharing codes online, and has previously banned users they found to be sharing discount codes.
The service also doesn’t allow family members or spouses to get their own card unless they also meet the eligibility criteria themselves and so can get their own card.
Can medical students & student nurses get a Blue Light Card?As you need an ID that is affiliated with the NHS, you will likely need to wait until your clinic year.
